To provide the Operator one complete "Statement of Work" <br />for each separate sub -unit of the Worksite Employer <br />utilizing Summer Youth participants, (The operator will <br />provide assistance in the completion of the "Statement of <br />Work",) <br />5. To . <br />provide each supervisor whose name appears on the <br />." Statement -of Work" a copy of this complete Memorandum <br />of Understanding and ensure that each supervisor is <br />thoroughly briefed on the contents of this agreement. <br />6. 'To provide a job description for'each position that will <br />be filled by Summer Youth participants. <br />7. To furnish the.equipment, tools, materials, and supplies <br />that are necessary for the work to be performed by the <br />Summer Youth participants. <br />S. To `assure that participants_.who are 14 and 15 years of <br />age will participate only in accordance with the applica- <br />ble provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (Section <br />570.31 and 570.35 of Subpart c of Part 570 of Title 29). <br />9. To assure that participants who are 14 and 15 years of <br />age will not operate any type of power driven mowers <br />(power driven applies to any mower with a motor which <br />powers the cutting blade and/or the mower itself). <br />10. To assure, pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act, that <br />no participant under 18 years of age will be employed in <br />any occupation which has been determined by the Secretary <br />of the United States Department of Labor to be particu- <br />larly hazardous for individuals between 16 and 18 years <br />of age (Subpart E of Part 570 of Title 29). <br />11.
