� JUL <br />QUIT -CLAIM DEED <br />THIS QUIT -CLAIM DEED, executed this 8th day of <br />Jul , A.D., 1983, by INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a <br />political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing <br />address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, <br />hereinafter "Grantor," to OAK VILLAS, a general partnership, <br />whose mailing address i; 1055 6th Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida <br />32960, hereinafter "Gr-ntee." <br />(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" shall <br />include singular and plural, heirs and assigns of individuals <br />and the successors and assigns of corporations, wherever the <br />context so admits or requires.) <br />WITNESSETH, that Grantor, for and in consideration of <br />the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS in hand paid by Grantee, the <br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, <br />release, and quit claim unto Grantee, all the right, title, <br />interest, claim and demand which Grantor has in and to the <br />following described parcel of land, situate, lying and being in <br />the County of Indian River, State of Florida, to -wit: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of the South Half of the <br />East Five acres of Lot 3, VERO LAND COMPANY's SUBDIVISION, <br />as per plat thereof in Plat Book 3, page 19, records of St. <br />Lucie County, Florida; run East along the South line of <br />said Lot 3, a distance of 185 feet to a point; thence run <br />North 35 feet on a line parallel to the East line of Lot 3 <br />to a point; thence run West on a line parallel to the South <br />line of Lot 3, a distance of 150 feet to a point; thence <br />run North on a line parallel _to the West line of said Lot <br />3, a distance of 130 feet; thence West 35 feet along the <br />North boundary line; thence run South 165 feet along the <br />West boundary line to the point of beginning. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and <br />singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise <br />appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, <br />equity and claim whatsoever of the Grantor, either in law or <br />equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said <br />Grantee forever. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused these presents <br />to be signed and sealed the day and year first above written. <br />Signed, sealed and delivered <br />in the presence of: <br />Wi 'ess <br />W1 t&&ss <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY by its <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />B A � , <br />RICHARD N.
