Brands 4'
Co ty Attox y
SUBJECT: Costs of Appraisals of Oceanfront
Beach Purchases
REFERENCES:
Pursuant to your request I have checked with both of our appraisers
to determine what price reductions would be available to the County in
the event it was determined that full-blown MAI write-ups are not necessary.
Mr. Armfield's price of $4,500 for the two appraisals would be reduced by
$675. Mr. Wagner's price of $6,000 for the two appraisals would be reduced
by a total of $1,500 to $4,500.
Should you decide to delete the full write-ups it would result in
a savings to the County of $2,175. Please advise.
L_ ALL -6 1983
Respectfusubmitted,
ary M Brandenburg
unty Attorney
67 Dal 53 PAB69'1'7
J
