ft r ` <br />VVV / •en <br />, 48' <br />The Attorney stated that it is discretionary with the <br />Commission as to whether they wish to spend the extra money <br />for the complete formal appraisal or not. <br />Commissioner Wodtke believed some counties have gotten <br />in trouble by not having a complete appraisal. <br />Commissioner Scurlock suggested possibly just getting <br />the complete appraisal on one of the properties-. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wodtke, to complete <br />the appraisals. <br />Administrator Wright agreed that with a full-blown <br />appraisal, there would be no question. <br />Commissioner Wodtke felt at some time we might need to <br />have complete appraisals if the State wants to see them, and <br />the Board agreed that for the small amount that would be <br />saved, it would not be worth the problems that might ensue. <br />Attorney Brandenburg announced that we have closed on <br />the Stanny property and now own it; we also have closed on <br />the Erdo tract. Golden Sands is scheduled for Friday, and <br />the only thing we are waiting on in the Bell Road property <br />is a translation of their charter, which is in a foreign <br />language. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />LEASE OF FELLSMERE COMMUNITY CENTER <br />The Board reviewed letter from the Attorney for the <br />City of Feilsmere, as follows: <br />
