16. Lessor grants Lessee an option to renew this lease <br />for a perod of fifty (50) years after the expiration of its <br />original term, on the same terms and rent as this Lease. Lessee <br />shall give Lessor written notice of its intention to renew at <br />least six (6) months prior to the expiration of this lease. <br />17. At the end of the term of this lease the City shall <br />quietly and peaceably deliver up the said premises to the County <br />in good repair and condition. The City agrees that pursuant to <br />this lease the County may use the site and structure to conduct <br />public meetings and hearings and to hold other public functions at <br />times that are reasonably convenient to the City. The City shall <br />not unreasonably withhold permission from the County for <br />utilization of the structure by the County for public purposes <br />provided, however, should the County make any such use of the <br />facility, the County shall be required to pay its fair share of <br />utilities and other direct costs. <br />18.
