SECTION 5. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the Community <br />Development Director to sign any subsequent forms as needed for the CDBG application and <br />• <br />project. <br />SECTION 6. The Indian River County comprehensive plan is hereby adopted as the <br />County's community development plan. <br />SECTION 7. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Adams , and <br />seconded by Commissioner Ti p p i n , and being put to a vote, the vote was <br />as follows: <br />Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br />Vice Chairman Fran B. Adams A y e <br />Commissioner Caroline D. Ginn Aye <br />Commissioner Ruth M. Stanbridge Aye <br />Commissioner John W.
