Poupard q10 DW:APR <br />FROM: Planner I REFERENCES: carlsward S/D <br />It is requested that the information herein be given tormal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting on August.3, 1983. <br />DESCRIPTION & CONDITIONS <br />Carlsward Subdivision is an eleven lot subdivision located on <br />the north side of South Gifford Road east of 74th Avenue. The <br />subject property is 20 acres in size. The land is zoned R-1, <br />Single -Family Residential (6.2 dwelling units/acre allowable <br />building density) and has a RR -1, Rural Residential (.4 dwell <br />ing units/acre allowable building density) land use desig- <br />nation. The proposed building density is .55 dwelling <br />units/acre. Preliminary plat approval was granted to the <br />applicant on August 23, 1978, prior to the adoption of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />26 <br />
