J <br />AUG <br />QUIT -CLAIM DEED <br />THIS QUIT -CLAIM DEED, executed this 3rd day of August , <br />A.D., 1983, by INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, whose post office address is: 1840 25th Street, <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960, first party, to FLORIDA COMMUNITY HEALTH <br />CENTERS, INC., a non-profit corporation existing under the laws of <br />the State of Florida, whose post office address is: 2749 Exchange <br />Court, West Palm Beach, Florida 33409, second party: <br />WITNESSETH: <br />That the said first party, for and in consideration of the sum <br />of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) in hand paid by the second party, the receipt <br />whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit <br />claim subject to the Reversionary Clause and Reservation set forth <br />below unto said second party forever, all the.right, title, interest, <br />claim and demand which the said first party has in and -to the follow- <br />ing described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being <br />in the County of Indian River, State of Florida, to -wit: <br />Beginning 210 feet, South of the North-East corner of <br />Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, <br />Township 31, South of Range 39 East, and running South <br />420 feet; thence West 210 feet; thence North 420. feet; <br />thence East 210 feet to point of beginning' said tract <br />containing two acres more or less, together with the <br />parcel described as: <br />From the Northeast corner of the Northwest quarter of <br />the Northwest quarter, Section 32, Township 31 South, <br />Range 39 East, run South 210 feet to a point; thence <br />run West 210 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br />run West 231 feet; thence run South 780 feet; thence <br />run West 441 feet; thence run North 360 feet; thence <br />run West 210 feet; thence run North 420 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />All less the East 30 feet of road right of way. <br />REVERSIONARY CLAUSE: <br />This property shall automatically revert to the ownership of <br />the first party if: <br />1.
