A U G 17 1933 <br />BOOKA PACE .1 8 <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bowman, that the <br />Board authorize Commissioner Lyons and <br />appropriate staff to negotiate with the City <br />to see if they are willing to sell property <br />— at $8,000 or less, for the criminal justice <br />complex and to report back to the Board before <br />September 7th; and to attend a workshop with <br />the City if necessary. , <br />Under discussion, Commissioner Wodtke hoped that we <br />would not get in position where we might lose the <br />opportunity of buying the Graves property and requested that <br />Attorney Brandenburg obtain a written extension of time on <br />the Graves and Barnes properties. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />The Motion carried unanimously. <br />REPORT ON CRIMINAL JUSTICE COMPLEX <br />Commissioner Lyons gave his report on the criminal <br />justice complex in the above item. <br />RELEASE OF PERFORMANCE BOND - GREEN ACRES SUBDIVISION <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 8/8/83: <br />67 <br />
