AUG 17 1983 <br />tam . <br />Liz Forlani, Administrative Aide to the Board of County <br />Commissioners, explained that late submissions do make it <br />very difficult to put the backup material together, and that <br />loose material can very easily be misplaced. The main <br />problem is that it delays setting the Agenda. The <br />subject property is 13.08 acres in size. The land is zoned <br />R -1A, Single -Family Residential (4.3 dwelling units/acre) <br />and has an LD -1, Low -Density Residential (3 dwelling <br />units/acre) land use designation. The proposed building <br />density in the subdivision is 2.6 dwelling units/acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES & ANALYSIS <br />The applicant is in conformance with all county regulations. <br />A,Stormwa_ter Management permit has been issued. The appli- <br />cant has dedicated ten additional feet of ricjht-of-way on SR <br />A -1-A to bring the development into conformance with the <br />County's Thoroughfare Plana The use of individual septic <br />tanks has been approved by the Environmental Health Depart- <br />ment. The applicant has submitted a franchise application <br />for construction of a reverse osmosis plant. This franchise <br />application has been reviewed by the Utilities Division and <br />approved in its conceptual stage. The applicant has been <br />informed that his franchise application shall be completed <br />and approved.by the Board of County Commissioners before <br />final plat approval is granted. <br />In addition to meeting with County requiremgnts regarding <br />subdivisions, the applicant has met all staff recommenda- <br />tions, with one exception. Staff has recommended that Lots <br />1, 17 and 22 be redesigned so that they are no longer flag <br />34 <br />
