SEP 7 1983 <br />Administrator Wright requested the addition to today's <br />Agenda of a discussion regarding an increase in a grant <br />award that would allow additional landscaping in Gifford <br />Park, Hobart-Kiwanis Park, and along Jungle Trail. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Scurlock, the <br />Board unanimously added the above item <br />to today's Agenda. <br />Commissioner Wodtke suggested that a Resolution be <br />prepared to honor the memory of Mr. Joseph Earman, a leader <br />in the community who recently passed away. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, the Board <br />unanimously instructed the County Attorney <br />to prepare a Resolution honoring Mr. Earman, <br />that would be presented to the family at a <br />later date. <br />DELETIONS IN THE AGENDA <br />Attorney Brandenburg requested the deletion from <br />today's Agenda of Item #14, Florida Health Facilities <br />Project, Industrial Development Revenue Bonds, and Item <br />21-B, Discussion re Surtax on Certain Documents. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, the Board <br />unanimously deleted the above items from <br />today's Agenda. <br />2 <br />
