Possibly the <br />City might have some space for Mr. DeGenero, and this could <br />be taken up with City Manager Little. <br />Mr. DeGenero stated that he perceived the Commission <br />has the desire to move forward on this project and he will <br />put this in their hands. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unani- <br />mously endorsed the idea presented by Alison <br />DeGenero and authorized the Administrator <br />to meet with Mr. DeGenero and work out any <br />details and then come back to the Board with <br />a recommendation as to how this possibly could <br />be worked out. <br />REQUEST FOR DONATION OF COUNTY OWNED PROPERTY TO BETHEL <br />A.M.E. Aide Subdivision, Fellsmere <br />Farms Subdivision <br />Lot 57 is in the ownership of the Fellsmere Water Control <br />District and I informed Reverend Jackson that the County has no <br />authority over the disposition of it. <br />Lots 58 and 59 are owned by the County and are on the 1983 <br />assessment roll at $1,300 each. Reverend Jackson is requesting <br />that Lots 58 and 59 be donated to the Bethel A.M.E. Church. It <br />has been a past policy of the Commission not to make donr.Lions to <br />non-public organizations. The procedure in the past has been <br />when a request for county property has been received, it be <br />advertised for public bidding. <br />Lot 60 is presently owned by the church. <br />
