Wilson, owner of the referenced Indian Lakes Condominiums <br />project, to design on site. sewerage collection system and treatment sys-t-e„m. <br />Mr. Wilson is aware that no certificate of occupancy shall be issued* until <br />the sewer plant has been installed and totally approved by the State Dept. <br />of Envirnvironmental Regulations.
