SEP 211983 <br />1OK <br />?Act 746 <br />facility <br />is not going to solve our immediate need <br />as far as <br />the fourth courtroom is concerned and that there will be a <br />recommendation made on that before too long. <br />Attorney Brandenburg informed the Board that he has <br />been in communication with Mr. Barnes re his acreage; Mr. <br />Barnes is not in the mood to change his offer on his <br />property and may possibly market his wares elsewhere. <br />Commissioner Lyons felt it might be well for the Count, <br />to consider buying an empty lot on 43rd Avenue, and the <br />Administrator stated that staff -is pursuing that avenue. <br />DOCUMENTS TO BE MADE A PART OF THE RECORD <br />Five Contracts for Provision of Services and <br />Improvements under the Small Business Administration Parks <br />and Recreational Area Development Program for irrigation and <br />landscaping for Gifford Park, 17th Street Causeway, and <br />Kiwanis-Hobart Park, with TBM associates, Inc., and Land- <br />scaping by Riverside, having been fully executed and <br />received, have been put on file in the Office of the Clerk. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County <br />having been audited were examined and found to be correct <br />were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same as <br />follows: Treasury Fund Nos. 87814-88056 inclusive. Such <br />bills and accounts being on file in the Office of the Clerk <br />of the Circuit Court, the warrants so issued from the <br />respective bonds being listed in the Supplemental t•:inute <br />Book as provided by the rules of the Legislative Auditor, <br />reference to such record and list so recorded being made a <br />part of these Minutes. <br />There being no further business, on Motion made, <br />seconded and carried, the Board adjourned at 4:55 o'clock <br />P.M. <br />Attest: <br />138 <br />Chairman <br />
