EARMAN, SR. <br />Chairman Bird read aloud Resolution 83-75 in memory of <br />Joe S. Earman, Sr. and presented it to Joe Earman, Jr., <br />grandson, who accepted on behalf of the Earman family. <br />Chairman Bird pointed out that Joe Earman, Jr. was a member <br />of the fire fighters. <br />Commissioner Wodtke stated that Mr. Earman had been a <br />unique person and telt the Resolution could not beton to <br />list Mr. Earman's achievements. He expressed the Board's <br />appreciation for all Mr. Earman had done for Indian River <br />County and the State of Florida. <br />40a <br />
