The land use designation of <br />the proposed subdivision is MD -2, Medium -Density Residential (10 <br />dwelling units/acre). The proposed building density of the <br />subdivision is 1.24 dwelling units/acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES & ANALYSIS: <br />The applicant is in conformance with all applicable County <br />ordinances, including the County's Subdivision Ordinance 75-3. <br />The subdivision will be served by County utilities. This has <br />been approved by the Utilities Division. A type "B" Stormwater <br />Management Permit has been approved by the Public Works <br />Division.
