that he would make sure that this figure corresponds with <br />the one set out in the ordinance. <br />Commissioner Lyons wished to know under Step 20 (i) (3) <br />- "minimum standards for materials" what specific materials <br />are being referred to. <br />In the following discussion, it was believed this would <br />involve any materials you have to use in order to obtain <br />final plat approval. <br />Mr. Keating noted that this entire section relates to <br />the land development permit, and the criteria'will be in the <br />permit application. <br />Administrator Wright suggested having wording which <br />states "minimum standards for materials used in site <br />improvements," and the Board concurred. <br />Chairman Bird stated that, in addition to the above <br />change in wording, the Attorney will check to be sure that <br />the percentage for the bond requirement is consistent with <br />our ordinances. <br />Attorney Brandenburg informed the Board that there is <br />an additional exemption Mrs. Poupard wishes to add to those <br />listed on Page 78 of the backup material. <br />Planner Poupard confirmed that she had neglected to <br />specify that you are exempt from the ordinance if you are <br />not creating a subdivision, i.e., dividing one parcel of <br />land into two, if that first parcel never had been <br />previously subdivided. <br />Attorney.Brandenburg gave the following approximate <br />wording which would correspond to the wording in the <br />ordinance - "if you are dividing land into two parcels from <br />a parcel that was not the result of a previous division <br />subsequent to the adoption of this ordinance and no <br />easements or streets are created." <br />25 <br />OCT 12 1983 <br />
