<br />LAND USE PLAN
<br />Notice of hearing to consider the adoption
<br />of a County Ordinance redesignating land
<br />from:
<br />LD -2, "Low Density Residential" (up to -
<br />6 units/acre) to 13-1, "Low Density
<br />Residential" (up to 3 units/acre). The
<br />subject property consists of all Indian
<br />River County enclaves located within
<br />the Town of Indian River Shores• ex-
<br />cluding that area occupied by Pebble
<br />Bay Estates.
<br />The subject property is described as:
<br />Lots 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Southern
<br />Shores Replat No. 2 as recorded in
<br />Plat Book 2, Page 66 of the records of
<br />Indian River County, Florida. Said land
<br />containing 12.1 plus-minus acres..
<br />AND ALSO
<br />Lot 4, Low's Subdivision, as recorded
<br />in Plat Book 1, Page 27, of the Public
<br />Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
<br />said land now lying and being in In-
<br />dian River County, Florida.

<br />South. Range 39 East, Indian River

<br />A public hearing at which parties in interest
<br />and citizens shall have an opportunity to be
<br />heard, will be held by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Flor-
<br />ida, in the County Commission Chambers of
<br />the County Administration Building, located at
<br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on
<br />Wednesday, October 12, 1983, at 11:00 A.M.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such pyr-
<br />poses, he may need to ensure that a verbatim
<br />record of the proceedings is made, which in-
<br />cludes testimony and evidence upon which
<br />the appeal is based.
