<br />"Agricultural District" to C-2, "Heavy
<br />Commercial District." The subject
<br />property presently owned by Gary
<br />Meola and William Monenschein is lo-
<br />cated on the south side of 85th Street,
<br />(Wabasso Road), west of the F.E.C.
<br />Railroad.
