NOV 2 1983 <br />tis ?AFf4 <br />Attorney Brandenburg reported that Director Pinto has <br />ascertained that the agreement between Reflections and GDU <br />is assignable, with GDU's permission. He suggested that we <br />obtain a copy of that agreement prior to the Chairman <br />executing the franchise agreement. <br />The Chairman opened the Public Hearing and asked if <br />anyone wished to be heard in this matter. <br />Mrs. Day, 10 Island Harbor Road, Sebastian, resident <br />living on the road along side of Reflections, stated that <br />they are principally interested in the location of the <br />wastewater plant because if it is to be located on site, it <br />would have to be within 50 feet of the shoreline. Director <br />Pinto explained that there is not going to be any plant, <br />just a distribution system, and the GDU plant is a <br />considerable distance away. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bowman, the Board <br />unanimously closed the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board <br />unanimously adopted Resolution 83-107 <br />approving a franchise agreement, as amended in <br />the above discussion, for Citrus Utilities, Inc. <br />to provide water and wastewater services to <br />Reflections on the River including the transfer <br />to Citrus Utilities, -Inc. from -General <br />Development Utilities. <br />RESOLUTION 83-107 WILL BE MADE PART OF THE MINUTES WHEN IT <br />IS COMPLETED At -ED RECEIVED <br />
