PROMISSORY NOTE <br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Ms. Elizabeth L. This note is executed in settlement of the <br />current delinquency of this account and Promisor('s) agree(s) that sums payable <br />hereunder have been lawfully assessed and are presently due and owing to the <br />Promisee. In the event legal action is required to collect sums due hereunder, <br />the Promisee shall be entitled to recover in addition to principal and interest <br />all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney's fees. Promisor(s) waive(s) <br />protest, presentment and notice of dishonor with respect to this note. By receipt <br />of this note, the Promisee does not surrender any other remedy available by law <br />to collect the underlying special assessment, including specifically the right to <br />foreclose on any lien which might exist by operation of law against the subject <br />property which is described as follows: <br />14-33-39-0002-0030-00007.0 <br />Glendale Park Sub PBI 1-87 <br />Lots 7 to 11 inc., Block 3 <br />This note may be prepaid at any time without penalty, and in the event the <br />aforementioned sums of money are not promptly paid by the dates shown hereon, <br />interest at the rate of one percent ( 1%. ; percent per month shall <br />continue to accrue in accordance with the original assessment obligation. All <br />payments should be made by check payable to Gene E. Morris, Tax Collector, and <br />mailed to the Office of the Tax Collector, P.O.
