NOV 16 1983 Ong U'5 PAcE4 9 <br />and may need additional funds for Christmas; they will call <br />on the public to help gather items to dispense. <br />SAVE OUR COAST PROGRAM <br />Administrator Wright announced that on November 30th at <br />9:00 A.M. in Tallahassee, the Save .Our Coast selection <br />committee will have a general discussion of our application, <br />and he and Chairman Bird would like to be present. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, Commissioner Lyons <br />having left the meeting, the Board by a 4 to 0 <br />vote authorized out -of -County travel for Chair- <br />man Bird and Administrator Wright to attend the <br />Save Our Coast Selection Committee meeting in <br />Tallahassee on November 30, 1983. <br />PROMISSORY NOTES - PETITION PAVING <br />Attorney Brandenburg informed the Board that Elizabeth <br />Newcomb and Irene Foote, who are delinquent in paying their <br />petition paving assessments, both have signed Promissory <br />Notes which will allow these individuals extra time to pay <br />off the monies they owe. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, Commissioner Lyons <br />having left the meeting, the Board by a-4 to 0 <br />vote accepted the Promissory Notes of Elizabeth <br />Newcomb and Irene Foote for the purposes and <br />subject to the terms and conditions stated <br />therein. <br />140 <br />
