Upton <br />All requirements of Ordinance 82-27 have been met and are <br />in order. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, the Board <br />by a vote of 4-0, Commissioner Bowman being <br />temporarily delayed, issued a permit to carry <br />a concealed firearm for: <br />Marjorie E.
