Keat ng, ICP <br />Planning & Development Director <br />REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF <br />SITE PLAN APPROVAL FROM <br />K. D. HEDIN <br />Fj�Q(�; Mary Jane V. Goetzfried REFERENCES: K. D. Hedin <br />Staff Planner DIS:PNOT <br />It is recommended that the data herein presented be given <br />formal consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at <br />their regular meeting of -November 16, 1983. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On May 13, 1982, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved <br />the site plan application submitted by Mr. Karl Hedin to <br />construct a sales and service facility at 1025 Old Dixie <br />Highway. Subsequently, the Board of County Commissioners <br />extended the period of site plan approval for six months, at <br />the request of the applicant. Presently, Mr. Hedin is seeking <br />an additional six month extension to allow for finalization of <br />the development plan. <br />24 <br />
