Poupard 4P Wabasso Est. <br />FROM: Staff Planner REFERENCES: DIS:6AECLA <br />It is requested that the following information be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting on November 16, 1983. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Wabasso Estates is a ±5.9 acre; 10 lot, subdivision located on <br />the west side of State Road A -1-A, just north of Turtle Cove <br />Subdivision. The subject property is zoned R -IAA, Single <br />Family Residential (2.6 dwelling units/acre allowable building <br />density) and has a LD -1, Low -Density Residential (3 dwelling <br />units/acre allowable density) land use designation. The <br />project's actual density is 1.7 dwelling units/acre. <br />Preliminary plat approval was granted by the Board of County <br />Commissioners on March 2, 1983. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The final plat is in conformance with the approved preliminary <br />plat. The on-site improvements have been inspected by the <br />County Engineer and have been found to be constructed according <br />to County specifications. The final plat has also been re- <br />viewed for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney's office. <br />The applicant has conformed with all applicable County regu- <br />lations. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board grant final plat approval to <br />Wabasso Estates Subdivision. <br />23 rr�� <br />NOV 16 1983 <br />
