<br />Street S.W., 8th Avenue S.W. between 3rd
<br />Street S.W. and 5th Street S.W., heretofore
<br />designated as Public Works Project No.'s
<br />8311, 8323, 8233, 8234, is hereby approved
<br />-subject to the terms outlined above and all
<br />applicable requirements of Ordinance 81-27.
