ROADS/TRAFFIC <br />Because the subject property is already zoned commercially, <br />rezoning should have little effect on the traffic attracted to <br />the site based on maximum density. A private club on the site <br />will attract a small amount of weekday traffic and very few <br />trips during the peak hour. <br />ENVIRONMENT <br />The subject property is not designatedas environmentally <br />sensitive. <br />UTILITIES <br />The subject property is not served by County water nor waste- <br />water facilities. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the above analysis, staff recommends approval. <br />Mr. Shearer pointed out that the 4.6 acres they wish to <br />:s <br />rezone is part of an approximately 9 acre tract. It is the <br />half that fronts on U.S.1., and is about 600' deep. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be <br />heard.
