Assistant County Attorney Chris Paull noted that the proposed ordinance was reviewed by the Board and members of the public on August 17th. Since that time staff has conducted three workshops which were well attended by people involved in related businesses, and Mr. Paul felt just about all the problems have been ironed out. The proposed ordinance did go back before the Planning & Zoning Commission on October 13th for another public hearing, and it was unanimously recommended for adoption. Attorney Paull then proceeded to highlight the improvements to the ordinance. 1.
