Assistant County Attorney Chris Paull noted that the <br />proposed ordinance was reviewed by the Board and members of <br />the public on August 17th. Since that time staff has <br />conducted three workshops which were well attended by people <br />involved in related businesses, and Mr. Paul felt just about <br />all the problems have been ironed out. The proposed <br />ordinance did go back before the Planning & Zoning <br />Commission on October 13th for another public hearing, and <br />it was unanimously recommended for adoption. Attorney Paull <br />then proceeded to highlight the improvements to the <br />ordinance. <br />1.
