Wells as the new <br />Director of Emergency Preparedness, replacing Lee Nuzie who <br />is retiring this month. <br />Director Wells said that he is enjoying his first few <br />days and hopes that he can do as well as Mr. Nuzie did in <br />his many years of service to the County. <br />MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />11/2/83. <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 11/28/83: <br />2 <br />
