DEC 7 1983 009 55 FACE 553 <br />Mr. McBride stated that he would be glad to pay $5.00 <br />for the study, but no more, as he already pays County taxes. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Scurlock, the Board <br />unanimously closed the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bowman, the Board <br />unanimously tabled this matter until such <br />time as there have been meaningful discussions <br />with Attorney Clem and his clients; such time <br />not to exceed 90 days. <br />Commissioner Wodtke felt that we should also address <br />the 10,000 acres to the west and to the south and need to <br />contact those property owners. <br />Commissioner Lyons agreed that whatever solution is <br />found, it should involve all the property owners affected by <br />the drainage in that area. <br />DISCUSSION RE ACQUISITION OF ADDITIONAL BEACHFRONT PROPERTY <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 12/2/83: <br />TO.
