<br />PUBLIC HEARING -NOTICE
<br />The County of Indian River is applying to the Florida Department of
<br />Community Affairs for a Small Cities. Community Development Block
<br />Grant. These funds must be used for one of the following purposes: To
<br />benefit low and moderate income persons or aid in the prevention or
<br />elimination of slums or blight area to meet other community development
<br />needs having -a particular urgency posing a serious and immediate threat
<br />to the health or welfare of the community.
<br />Specific details regarding eligible activities, program requirements
<br />and the rating _systems will be provided at a public hearing which will
<br />be held at the County Administration Building, 1840 25th Street, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida, on December 15, 1983, in the Commission Chambers at
<br />8:30 a.m.
<br />Program Application will include: Old Oslo Area, Vero Beach, Fl.
<br />Geoffrey Subdivision, Vero Beach, FL. Regular Program Neighborhood
