<br />Commissioner Lyons informed the Board that the Jail
<br />Committee is reviewing the proposal for the Jail Complex to
<br />see just how small a package can be worked out to get us out
<br />of trouble with the Department of Corrections and out of the
<br />old jail. This might open up some alternate means of
<br />financing until we have to make the next step which would be
<br />in the next three to five years, and hopefully by then we
<br />could have an impact ordinance in place to aid with funding.
<br />PUBLIC HEARING - WILLHOITE REZONING REQUEST
<br />The hour of 2:00 o'clock P.M. having passed, the Deputy
<br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication
