QUIT -CLAIM DEED
<br />THIS QUIT -CLAIM DEED, executed this 4th day of
<br />January, A.D., 1984, by INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political
<br />subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is
<br />1840 25th.Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, hereinafter
<br />"Grantor," to the CITY OF VERO BEACH, a municipal corporation,
<br />organized under the laws of the State of Florida, whose mailing
<br />address is P. 0. Box 1389, Vero Beach, Florida 32960,
<br />hereinafter "Grantee."
<br />(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" shall
<br />include singular and plural, heirs and assigns of individuals
<br />and the successors and assigns of corporations, wherever the
<br />context so admits or requires.)
<br />WITNESSETH, that Grantor, for and in consideration of
<br />the sum of TEN ($10.00)' DOLLARS in hand paid by Grantee, the
<br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remi'ae,
<br />release, and quit claim unto Grantee, all interest, right,
<br />title, claim and demand to the "following described parcel of
<br />land, situate, lying and being in the County of Indian River;
<br />State of Florida, to -wit:
<br />All located in the County of St. Lucie (now lying in
<br />Indian River County) and State of Florida, and
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point 50 feet North -and 3321 feet East
<br />of the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of
<br />Section 31, Township 32 South of Range 40 East and in
<br />edge of east water of the Indian River; thence East
<br />100 feet; thence North 100 feet; thence West 100 feet
<br />more or less to the east edge of Indian River; thence
<br />with River to point of beginning.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and
<br />singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
<br />appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien,
<br />equity and claim whatsoever of the Grantor, either in law or
<br />equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said
<br />Grantee forever.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused these presents
<br />to be signed and sealed on the day and year first above
<br />written.
