<br />QUITCLAIM DEED
<br />THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, made this 19 A day of 19>�, between the
<br />City of Vero Beach, Florida, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of
<br />the State of Florida, hereinafter "Grantor", and Indian River County, a political
<br />subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter "Grantee",
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00, to it in hand
<br />paid by the Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does release,
<br />remise, and quitclaim, and by these presents releases, remises, and forever
<br />quitclaims unto the said Grantee, its heirs, and assigns forever, all right, title,
<br />and interest of the Grantor in and to the following described land, to -wit:
<br />Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, Block 6, TOWN
<br />OF INDIAN RIVER NOW KNOWN AS ORIGINAL
<br />TOWN OF VERO, according to Plat thereof filed
<br />In the office of 1 -he Clerk of the Circuit Court,
<br />St. Lucie County, . Florida, in Plat Book 2, page
<br />12; said lands now lying and being in the City of
<br />Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all the hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, to the said
<br />Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever.
