ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />There are five parcels lying outside the incorporated town as <br />follows: <br />Note- If Alternative No. 4 is approved, the County cost of the <br />project is projected at: <br />County Park Property $3806.25 <br />absorbed cost per unit above <br />$100 max.cap. -. 1900.00 <br />Total Cost to County $5706.25 <br />Public Works Director Jim Davis explained the funding <br />alternatives and reported that staff has recommended that <br />the Board approve Alternative #4, i.e., assessing all the <br />lots at $100. They would like to schedule a public hearing <br />as soon as possible to finalize the assessment procedure. <br />If the $100 per unit assessment is approved, the cost to the <br />County would be $5,706.25, which includes the County's share <br />for the County park and also the cost absorbed above -and <br />beyond the $100 maximum cap.
