<br />NOTICE — PUBLIC HEARING
<br />Notice of hearing to consider the adoptin of
<br />a County ordinance rezoning land from:
<br />R-1, "Single -Family District' to R -2B,
<br />"Multi -Family District." The subject
<br />property is located north of North Gif-
<br />ford Road, on the east and west sides
<br />of 38th Avenue.
<br />The subject property is described as:
<br />Blocks 2 and 4, LORD CALVERT ES-
<br />TATES, Section 22, Township 33
<br />South, Range 39 East, as recorded in
<br />Plat Book 5, Page 57, Indian River
<br />County Public Records.
<br />The Board of County Commissioners will
<br />conduct a public hearing regarding the ap-
<br />peal by the applicant of the decision by the
<br />Planning and Zonirfg Commission to recom-
<br />mend disapproval of the rezoning request.
<br />The public hearing, at which parties in inter-
<br />est and citizens shall have an opportunity to
<br />be heard, will be held by said Board of County
<br />Commissioners in the County Commissura j
<br />Chambers of the County Administration Sbild-
<br />Ing, located at 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach,
<br />Florida, on Wednesday, -January 4, 1984, at
<br />1:30 P.M.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any deci-
<br />sion made on the above matter, he/she will
<br />need a record of the proceedings and for
<br />such purposes, he/she may need to ensure
<br />that a verbatim record of the proceedings is
<br />made, which includes testimony and evidence
<br />upon which the appeal is based.
