Tres.:ecv. <br />As 'per our phone conversation of 11/10/83, I <br />am requesting that the following -concerns be placed <br />on the County Commission Agenda for a regul'ar meeting <br />held before December 29, 1983. <br />The Humane Society will need to request an <br />e;tension on the Sales Contract closing date, as <br />we will not have completed all the contingencies of <br />Paragraph 9, Specia] Clause. The Society will not <br />have received site plan approval by the date agreed <br />to and the site plan process cannot be pursued until <br />we have finalized the leasing agreement on the <br />parking area,.which is in process. <br />I Also, we would like -to request to have the <br />east property line of, -the proposed Site extended <br />to a point to be determined by survey. Presently, <br />we are having the area between the Site's east <br />property line and the County's parking lot surveyed <br />for this purpose.
