• <br />0 <br />0 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-124 <br />meeting or meetings of the Board of County Commissioners; <br />Four members, each one appointed respectively by the <br />city councils of the City of Fellsmere, the Town of Orchid, the <br />City of Sebastian, and the City of Vero Beach, for initial terms <br />of two (2) years. <br />Following the initial terms, all members' terms, except <br />that of the member of the Board of County Commissioners, <br />whose term shall be coterminous with his/her term on the <br />Board of County Commissioners, shall be four (4) years. <br />2. Paragraph 4 of Resolution 91-93 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />The Indian River County Emergency Services District <br />Advisory Committee shall be governed by such laws, <br />ordinances, and resolutions, that govern such advisory boards. <br />3. This resolution shall become effective upon the adoption thereof by the Board <br />of County Commissioners. Current members of the Indian River County Emergency <br />Services District Advisory Committee shall be relieved of their duties as members thereof, <br />effective at such time as the reconstituted Emergency Services District Advisory Committee <br />holds its first meeting, without further action of the Board of County Commissioners to <br />discharge them. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Tippin <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Stanbridge , and, upon <br />being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Fran B.
