_I <br />F E B 1 1984 BOK. 56 PAS <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LETTER OF INTENT RE ISSUANCE OF <br />INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS TO HETRA COMPUTER AND <br />COMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRIES, INC. <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 1/24/84: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners DATE: January 24, 1984 FILE: <br />SUBJECT: HETRA Computer & Communicati-on Industries <br />Tommy Thomas $2,000,000 (Industrial Development Bonds) <br />Community Services Director <br />Dirffrey KOMBarton, REFERENCES: <br />FROM: D <br />Based on the audited financial statements of Hetra Computer, dated December 31, 1982 <br />and the unqualified opinion of their accountants, Arthur Anderson & Company of <br />Orlando, Florida on March 16, 1983, financial analysis was made using the standard <br />measures as to certain ratios used in the financial community to determine credit. <br />worthiness of the applicant. <br />We have no problems with the request of Hetra Computer, for the issuance of the <br />Industrial Development Bonds. It should be further understood that as part of <br />the above mentioned conclusion, a take-out committment from some financial institution Cs� <br />to purchase the entire issue is a requirement for any further consideration. <br />Je e .
