1 <br />1 <br />Fj� <br />We the undersigned citizens and tax payers residing in and near the following <br />described road: Beginning at S.W.Corner Lot 4 (Four) Sec. 34 T. 31 R. 39 and banning <br />viest 1320 feet to Dixie Highvay, a distance of .approximately , do hereby peti- <br />tion the Hon. Board of County Commissioners to repair the same by grading it as .soon <br />as possible, Respectfully A,J.Byrd and 13 others. <br />It was ordered that said petition be filed, and that Chas. Kersey; T.A.Vineent and <br />C.A.Lightsey, be appointed a committee to view, mark and lay out said road and report <br />to this Board. <br />The following road petition was received and read: <br />We the undersigned citizens and tax payers residing in and near the following <br />described road: Beginning at S.W.corner of Lot (4) Four Sec 34 T. 31 R 39 and running <br />South 2640 feet to intersection of Dixie Highway, a distance of approximately do <br />hereby petition the Hon. Board of County Commissioners to repair the same and grade it <br />as soon as possible. Respectfully, jA.J,Byrd, and 13 others. <br />It was ordered said petition be filed, and that Chas Kersey; T.A.Vincent and C.A. <br />ghtsey be appointed a committee to view, mark and lay out said Road and report to this <br />oard. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were <br />examined and found correct, were approved, and warrants ordered issued in -settlement of <br />same. The bills and accounts, as approved, being on file in the office of the Clerk of <br />the Circuit Court. The warrants issued in settlement of bills and accounts being listed <br />completely in the County Finance Record as provided by law, reference to such Finance <br />Record and the list so recorded being made a part of these minutes as fully and complete- <br />ly as if the same were set out herein in detail. <br />The County Depository filed its monthly statement of receipts and disbursements for <br />the month of March, which having been checked were found to be correct. <br />There being no further business the Board adjourned until Friday, April 10th 1931. <br />TnST: Chairman <br />e r k. <br />FRIDAY, APRIL 10th 1931. <br />The Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida, met at <br />Court House in Vero Beach, Florida, at <br />10 o'clock <br />A.H.Friday, April <br />10th, '1931,with <br />following members of the Board present: <br />Albert 0. <br />Helseth, Chairman; <br />J.VieLeBruce; . <br />.D.Yongue and Eli C. Walker. Also present were Miles Waarren, Clerk and Clark S.Rice, <br />riff . <br />It was moved, seconded and carried that the Board adjourn until such time as the <br />retire membership can be present. <br />The Board then adjourned until Monday, japril 13th 1931 at 10 O'clock A.M. <br />�TJST: Cirman. <br />C 1 e rk. <br />
