It is a private subdivi- <br />sion of eight large lots, each being one acre or more. The <br />road in question is located on the west boundary of the <br />subdivision within a private 35' right-of-way. This road <br />has been failing. The people wish to pay their share to <br />have the road rebuilt and then dedicate the road to the <br />County.
