A. 10th Court between 2nd St. & S. Relief Canal <br />Commissioner Wodtke asked how much front,footage the <br />petitioning property owners represent, and Public Works. <br />Director Davis stated that all the lots.are identical so it <br />is actually 68% of the front footage. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be <br />heard. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, the Board.unanimously <br />closed the public hearing re 10th Court. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Resolution 84-14 providing for <br />paving and drainage improvements to 10th <br />Court between 2nd Street and South Relief <br />Canal; approved the preliminary assessment <br />roll; agreed to allocate $18,888.00 from <br />the Petition Paving account; and instructed <br />that the Road and Bridge Department be <br />notified to begin construction. <br />41 <br />F E B 22 1984B 56 PACE:. <br />J <br />
