MAR 7 1984 BOOK' ��� <br />CE 2 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The subject development is a 10 lot subdivision located on a <br />±14 acre site. The proposed industrial subdivision is located <br />on the west side of 90th Avenue, south of S.R. 60. The proper- <br />ty is zoned LM -1, Light Manufacturing, and is within the bound- <br />aries of the I-95 and S.R. 60 Industrial/Commercial Node, as <br />approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board of <br />County Commissioners. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The County Engineer has made a site visit and found all improve- <br />ments to be completely and satisfactorily constructed. The <br />County Surveyor and County Attorney's office have reviewed the <br />face of the plat for conformance with the State and County's <br />platting regulations. The Planning Department has reviewed the <br />plat for conformance with the approved preliminary plat. All <br />requirements for final plat approval have been met. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners giant <br />final plat approval to Pinetree Industrial Park Subdivision. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />granted Final -Plat Approval of Pinetree <br />Industrial Park Subdivision as recommended <br />by staff. <br />G.
