Chairman Scurlock referred to the list of items <br />submitted by Park Superintendent Bill Cook, and Mr. Davis <br />stated that he will work with Superintendent Cook to make <br />sure he is satisfied with the irrigation system. The <br />irrigation system, however, is not under consideration this <br />morning, only the restroom and parking lot paving. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />approved Change Orders No. 8201-I-2 and No. <br />8201-V-2 for J. B. Walker Construction, Inc. <br />and Dickerson, Inc., extending original Time <br />of.Completion; approved final payment as set <br />out in the above memo subject to.checks being <br />held until all discrepancy items are corrected <br />and in the case of Dickerson, the Release of <br />Lien forms are submitted and Final Payment <br />forms completed; accepted the projects as being <br />complete.and designated February 7, 1984.as the <br />substantial completion date, all as recommended <br />by staff in memo of February 29, 1984. <br />23 <br />MAR 7 1984ae�K Pic' <br />
