He informed the Board that the subject <br />property is bounded on the north by Lindsey Road and a small <br />canal. Immediately to the south of this tract is the <br />Gifford Gardens multi -family unit. It is bordered on the <br />east by vacant land and on the west by Crystal Sands <br />Subdivision, Unit 2, in which there are very few houses as <br />yet. This tract has access on 40th off of North Gifford <br />Road. <br />Architect John Schlitt informed the Board that he is <br />not the architect for the project, but he has assisted in <br />getting the information to the point where it is a viable <br />project and can be advertised.
