We encourage the concept of density <br />transfer credits. <br />Realizing that, in some instances, the route of the boulevard extension <br />may result in certain parcels being denied reasonable use as they are <br />presently zoned, we suggestanopen-minded approach be given to rezoning <br />those parcels on individual bases to their highest and best use. <br />Sincgre ly, <br />Arthur A.
