MAR 1. 4 1984 <br />80a.6 PAGE.44 - <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, the Board <br />unanimously authorized the Chairman to write <br />to the District Board requesting that funds not <br />be withheld from the Center until after the <br />evaluation of IRCMHC has been completed and <br />reviewed. <br />Discussion ensued about whether someone other than a <br />County Commissioner should represent the County on this <br />special committee and mention was made of Dr. Tucker, Dr. <br />Flood, or Bill Koolage, hospital trustee. However, <br />Commissioner Wodtke felt that it would be better to have a <br />Commissioner serve on the special committee. <br />Commissioner Lyons thought that was a good idea, but <br />didn't hear any volunteers. <br />Commissioner Wodtke offered to serve on the special <br />committee if that is the way the Board wants it, but he felt <br />that he could not actively participate on the Center Board <br />until the evaluation is done. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, the Board <br />unanimously appointed Commissioner Wodtke <br />to serve on a special committee to assist the <br />HRS in the evaluation of IRCMHC. <br />0 <br />The several bills and accounts against the County <br />having been audited were examined and found to be correct <br />were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same as <br />follows: Treasury Fund Nos. 90842 - 91000.inclusive.
