MAR V 1984
Bea 51 mcE 467
PROPOSED ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT RE WATER MAIN
EXTENSION & ELEVATED STORAGE TANK - S.R. 60
Attorney Brandenburg noted that developers who are
planning to build out along Route 60 agreed to pay for
engineering of a utility line out to I-95 if financing of
such a line is feasible. It appears it is feasible, and the
developers have received a commitment from the bank. I-95) and
authorized the signature of the Chairman.
(Said Agreement is on File in the Office of the
Clerk.)
EXTENSION REQUEST BY HUMANE SOCIETY
Attorney Brandenburg reported that the Humane Society
has asked for another extension of their contract with the
County re land on South Gifford Road. They have been
proceeding very well with financing, site plan approval,
etc., and it is scheduled for a March 22nd Planning
r
Commission meeting. They are afraid, however, that if they
should not receive final site plan approval on that day, or
22
I
