<br />Notice of hearing to consider the adoption oll
<br />a County ordinance rezoning land from:
<br />A. Agricultural District, and R-3. "Multi-
<br />ple Dwelling District," to R -3A, ,Retire-
<br />ment District." The sub'ect property pre-
<br />sently owned by Total Care System, Inc.
<br />is located on the north side of -State
<br />Road 60 and the west side of 74th Ave-
<br />nue.
<br />The subject property is described as:
<br />Tracts 1 and 2, Section 1, Township 33
<br />South, Range 38 East, according to the
<br />last general plat of lands of Indian River
<br />Farms Company recorded in Plat Book 2, f
<br />Page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie
<br />County, Florida, said land now lying and
<br />being in Indian River County, Florida,
<br />less the North 100.00 feet and the East
<br />30.00 feet and less the West 865.00 feet

<br />A public hearing at which parties in inter
<br />and citizens shall have an opportunity to be
<br />heard, will be held by the Board of County Com-;
<br />missioners of Indian River County, Florida, in the
<br />County Commission Chambers of the County
<br />Administration Building, located at 1840 25th
<br />Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday. April
<br />4, 1984, at 9:45 A.M.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he/she will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur-
<br />poses, he/she may need to ensure that a verba-
<br />tim record of the proceedings is made, which in-
<br />cludes testimony and evidence upon which the
<br />appeal is based.
