AP,R 4 1984 BOOK - 56 PAGE 546 <br />ORDINANCE NO. g4-16 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW., THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Tracts 1 and 2, Section 1, Township 33 South, Range 38 <br />East, according to the last general plat of lands of <br />Indian River Farms Company recorded in Plat Book 2, Page <br />25, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said <br />land now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, <br />less the North 100.00 feet and the East 30.00 feet and <br />less the West 865.00 feet of the East 895.00 feet of the <br />South 36.43 feet of Tract 1 and containing 73.620 acres <br />more or less. <br />Tract 8 less Canal, Highway Right-of-way, North 495.00 <br />- feet and South 763.37 feet of North 1258.37 feet of West <br />531.10 feet thereof, in Section 1, Township 33 South, <br />Range 38 East, Indian River Farms Company Subdivision as <br />per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 25, <br />Public Records, St. Lucie County, Florida and containing <br />11.860 acres more or less. <br />The North 495 feet of Tract 8 and the West 865.00 feet of <br />the East 895.00 feet of the South 36.48 feet of Tract 1, <br />Section 1, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, according to <br />the last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms <br />Company, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, Page <br />25, said land now lying and being in Indian River County, <br />Florida; less and except, however, the following described <br />property, the North 125 feet of the South 160 feet of the <br />North 495 feet of the East 205 feet of Tract 8, Section 1, <br />Township 33 South, Range 38 East, according to the last <br />general plat of lands of Indian River Farms Company as <br />recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, of the Public Records of <br />St. Lucie County, Florida, said land now lying and being <br />in Indian River County, Florida; also less and except <br />right-of-way for 74th Avenue and containing 14.967 acres <br />more or less. <br />Be changed from A, "Agricultural District", and R-3, <br />"Multiple Dwelling District", to R -3A, "Retirement <br />District". <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said -Zoning -Regulations. <br />35 <br />
